Perhaps you specialize in apartments for rent in Zamalek or riads for sale in Marrakesh or villas on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Regardless of your specialty, blogging is great way to market yourself as an area specialist. However, everyone who blogs faces the challenge of what to write to about on a weekly basis. So we present some blogging strategies to help get the creativity moving again.
Blog tip one: Keep your blogs simple. Consistent blogging is the most important thing you can do. Google indexes the new content and rewards you for creating new content. However, this content needs to be relevant to your site and helpful to your visitors. Blogs do not need to be long articles. We often create short and sweet lists of tips. Topics can range from how to take great photographs for a property listing – to writing good descriptions – to top ten hidden gems in your neighborhood. Blog tip four: Share your experiences. Have you had difficult clients, a house you couldn’t sell, a month of blogger’s block? Any of these things are relatable and can generate a discussion.
