Whether you have an apartment for sale in Beirut or a Villa for Sale in Dubai, you probably are looking for ways to get more inquiries for your property listings. There are quite a few things you can do to get more inquiries for all your properties.
Syndicate your listings everywhere. Of course you should list on www.listaproperty.com. You should also list on many sites as possible. You never know where that inquiry that turns into a quick and fast sale might come from.
Post your listings in Arabic and English (and maybe French). If you are looking for potential buyers and renters, you must post your properties in Arabic and English. This is not a job for google translate as you will end up with jibberish. Google translate is great in a pinch to get the general meaning. It is not a substitute for professional business translation. We are based in Dubai where English is the most common internet language. This is not true for the rest of the region. Do you have listings in Lebanon, Tunisia or Morocco? If you find sites that offer you French as an option, list your properties in French as well.
Photographs. The likelihood of many people inquiring on a listing with poor quality or limited photos is quite small. Photographs really do sell a house.
Write good descriptions. And again, in proper English and Arabic. Write a full description. If you are selling your property as a for sale by owner, take the time to talk about the neighborhood, what made you buy the property in the first place. Homeowners often write the best descriptions as they have a bond with the property they are selling.
Get your listings to top of search results. The listing we are showing as the photo to this blog is a front page listing. In two weeks it has received 18,627 impressions and 145 clicks . In addition to this, the company’s logo and brand is also viewed over and over.
Edit listings. If your listings are not performing as well as you would like. Edit them. Add photos, add better photos, change the description.
